Hun gezamenlijke liefde voor het leven, passie voor vastgoed en bezorgdheid over een aantal maatschappelijke evoluties, bracht hen tot het bedenken van een innovatief concept.<\/p><\/span><span><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/span><span><p>Na talrijke weekendjes in de uithoeken van Belgi\u00eb en de wereld, ontmoetingen met andere culturen en mensen met verschillende achtergronden, groeide de overtuiging dat het tijd is voor een revolutie in onze manier van reizen en ontspannen. Hij is sinds kleins af aan gepassioneerd door de verschillende vormen van vastgoed en ondernemerschap. Zijn interesses liggen op het snijpunt van hospitality, vastgoed en de experience economy. Veder heeft Tim een particuliere interesse in alles wat fauna en flora betreft.<\/p><\/span><span><p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/span><span><p>Voor Tim zich full-time op ICI heeft gezet was hij verantwoordelijk voor de investeringen van een vastgoed investeringsfonds. Tim legt zich oa toe op het dage dagelijks bestuur en verdeelt zijn tijd tussen Brussel en Luxemburg. Toon&#8217;s passion in his professional life is also evident in his personal life&#8230; He loves traveling and discovering new cultures that inspire him. He regularly clears his head by running marathons or skiing down slopes.
